Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking a tour with Wli Agumatsa Waterfalls, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Reservations

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a booking confirmation via email or SMS within 24 hours.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all booking information (names, dates, contact details) is accurate and complete.
Booking Reference: Keep your booking reference number safe as you will need it for entry and any modifications.

2. Payment Terms

Full Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Payment Methods

We accept mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and Cash at the reception .

Secure Processing

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Receipts

Electronic receipts will be sent to your registered email address immediately after payment.

Important: Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Foreign currency payments will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

More than 7 days before visit: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
3-7 days before visit: 50% refund
Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund

Cancellation by Wli Agumatsa:

In case of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, safety concerns, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel tours. You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Changes and Modifications

  • Booking modifications (date changes, number of visitors) must be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new booking is at a higher rate.
  • Contact us via email or phone to request modifications. Changes are not guaranteed until confirmed.

5. Visitor Responsibilities and Conduct

All visitors must:

Wear Appropriate Attire: Comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing

Follow Guidelines: Adhere to all safety instructions from guides and staff

Respect Nature: Do not litter, damage plants, or disturb wildlife

Maintain Decorum: Keep noise levels reasonable and respect other visitors

Prohibited Activities: Smoking, alcohol consumption, swimming in restricted areas, removal of plants/rocks, and feeding wildlife.

6. Health and Safety

Health Declaration

Visitors with pre-existing medical conditions (heart problems, respiratory issues, pregnancy) should consult a doctor before visiting. Inform us of any conditions that may affect your visit.

First Aid

First aid facilities are available on-site. Notify staff immediately of any injuries or medical emergencies.

Children

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety.

7. Liability and Insurance

Important Notice: Visitors participate in activities at their own risk. While we maintain high safety standards, Wli Agumatsa Waterfalls is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or accidents resulting from visitor negligence or failure to follow safety guidelines
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control

Recommendation: We strongly recommend visitors obtain personal travel insurance before their visit.

8. Photography and Media

Personal photography and videography for private use is permitted.

Commercial photography or filming requires prior written permission and may incur additional fees.

By visiting our premises, you consent to being photographed or filmed for our promotional materials. Please inform us if you do not wish to be included.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
